Our Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions (Payment & Order Process)
1. 
Milestone-Based Payment Policy
All orders are processed under a milestone payment structure due to the custom manufacturing nature of our products.
Please release payments in the agreed milestones throughout the production process.
Production will only proceed after each milestone payment is secured.
Typical structure (can vary per order):
30% Advance – To initiate production
40% Mid-Production – Upon progress confirmation
30% Final Payment – Before shipment

Secure Payment via Third-Party Escrow
To ensure transparency and trust for both parties, we recommend and may require the use of a trusted escrow service such as Azkaro
1. The buyer agrees to deposit the agreed amount into the escrow platform.
2. Funds will be securely held and released based on mutually agreed milestones.
Pak Glide will proceed with production and delivery only after confirmation of funds secured in escrow.
3. 
Production Commitment
All products are custom-made, and production begins only after the initial payment milestone is secured.
Production timelines will be communicated and may vary depending on order size and customization.
4. 
Delivery & Final Release
Shipment will be arranged after completion of production and confirmation of final payment milestone.
The final payment must be secured (or held in escrow) before dispatch.
5. 
Non-Payment & Delays
Failure to complete milestone payments may result in:Delay in production
Suspension or cancellation of the order
Any costs incurred before cancellation may be non-refundable.
6. 
Mutual Agreement
Both parties agree to maintain transparency and communication throughout the process.
Any changes to payment structure must be agreed upon in writing before execution.
